Fidelity Bank launches ‘GAIM 3’ to create value for customers

Fidelity Bank Plc on Monday, announced the launch of Season 3 of the “Get Alert in Millions” promo (GAIM 3).

Speaking at a press conference in the bank’s head office in Lagos, the MD/CEO, Nnamdi Okonkwo appreciated “esteemed customers for their loyalty and patronage.”

Hacker Vows To Delete Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook Page

A Taiwanese hacker has vowed to hack and delete Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook page.

The hacker also said he’ll broadcast the takedown live on Facebook on Sunday… that is really daring.

Facebook was recently hacked as the company says it recently discovered a security breach affecting nearly 50 million user accounts.

Now a Taiwanese hacker named Chang Chi-yuan has claimed he would take down Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook page in a live broadcast before appearing to pull out of the plan.

Chang Chi-yuan told his 27,000 followers he would target the Facebook founder’s own account this Sunday. Then he backtracked today and said he would instead demand money from Facebook in return for flagging up the glitch to Facebook. He added that he had not expected the world’s media to pick up on his plans. He said;

“Broadcasting the deletion of Facebook founder Zuck’s account. Scheduled to go live”.

Some commenters had criticised his plans, with one saying:

“Listen man, if you really have a bug that can take over Zuck’s page, I don’t recommended you do it.

You can just inform them about that bug and you will get rewarded for this.”

Tech giants Apple has launched a new collaboration to advance girls’ education opportunities with the Malala Fund in Latin America, which will be extended to India at a later date. The collaboration will start in Brazil and the support will be via the 10 Apple Developer Academies in the country.

“As part of its new expansion into Latin America, Malala Fund, which works to provide quality, safe secondary education and opportunities for girls, has also offered grants to local advocates in Brazil. The advocates join the Malala Fund network of Gulmakai champions and will implement projects across the country designed to empower girls, teachers, and policymakers through skills development, school enrollment efforts and education advocacy,” a note said.

5. It’s Not Fair That He’s Happy – How can he look so good and happy while you are still eating tubs of ice cream in your old, faded bathrobe at 2 o’clock in the afternoon?

“It’s not fair!” You silently scream. And it’s not. Sometimes life is not fair. But you crying about it isn’t going to do anything except give you puffy eyes.

For him to look good, he is probably spending time on himself instead of wallowing like you are. He’s probably out and about meeting new people instead of being stuck inside, stalking Facebook, and crying into his cell to his BFF.

Guess what? Sometimes we have to face facts. We need to kick ourselves in the butt and get out of our self indulgent rut.

And if we start working on ourselves, and looking at our own beauty in the mirror instead of faults, we too can be happy.
