Nigerian forward, Kayode Olanrewaju failed to make his debut appearance for Ukrainian club, Shakhtar Donetsk who held Hoffenheim to a 2-2 draw in their Champions League Group F home match at the Oblasny SportKomplex Metalist, Kharkiv on Wednesday, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Kayode who recently recovered from the injury he picked up in pre-season was named in the Miners 22-man squad for the game.
The former Austria Wien striker was however not listed for action in the game.
