Fl studio tutorial: Getting started(audio settings

Fl studio tutorial: Getting started(audio setting)

In fl studio, if you don’t setup your Audio input and output settings, Controller/MIDI input/output settings and file settings you might end up not making most of your software.
But to start with lets setup the AUDIO settings. Don’t worry its easy just follow every step closely.
To setup your audio select a soundcard and set it up to its best.( The soundcard is the device that makes the sound you hear from your PC speakers it might be internal(a chip in the motherboard of your compter) or external(connected by Bluetooth, firewire or USB).
SOUNDCARD is the software interface between the Windows operating system and the soundcard. The driver tells Windows, and so FL Studio, what inputs, outputs and what sample rates the soundcard can support. Two drivers mentioned frequently in this manual are 'Primary Sound Driver' (the Windows default) and ASIO4ALL (a generic ASIO driver that runs most soundcards). See how to go about it in the picture below.

After you’ve done the above you good to go. I will skip the midi settings for now, and move on to file settings.
