NYSC Reveals Passing-Out Date For 2017 Batch B Stream 1
The management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has declared Thursday, October 18, as the passing-out date for the 2017 Batch “B” Stream One Corps Members from the National Service.
The information was contained in a statement made available on its verified social media accounts.
The statement, while congratulating the passing-out corp members, also stated that the passing-out ceremony will be low key.
“The Management has approved Thursday, 18th October 2018, as the passing-out date for the 2017 Batch “B” Stream One Corps Members from National Service,” the statement reads.
“The nationwide exercise would be low-keyed while certificates of National Service are to be distributed to deserving Corps Members at the Local Government level.”
“Corps Employers are hereby requested to release passing-out Corps Members to participate in all necessary activities that precedes the exercise like, Job awareness and creation week, sensitization on job creation/opportunities after service, signing of final clearance, debriefing among others.”
“Management is using this medium to commend the passing-out Corps Members for their patriotism, selfless services and upholding the ideals of the NYSC Scheme.”
Meanwhile, 2018 Batch “C” graduates who were EXEMPTED from Service were told to apply for correction of spelling mistakes, rearrangement, addition/removal of name on their dashboard.
“Failure to comply will lead to wrongly spelt name on your Exemption Certificate. Part-time graduates should also go online and register, so as to enable them print their Exclusion Letters on their dashboard online.”
